We have the pleasure of welcoming all NORDROCS participants to a welcome reception at Helsinki City Hall, where the City of Helsinki will officially welcome us to the Finnish capital.
The reception will take place in the City Hall’s beautiful Banquet Hall, in the very heart of Helsinki. Located by the historic Market Square and Helsinki’s South Harbour, the venue offers a wonderful setting to begin the conference together, surrounded by the maritime atmosphere and architecture of the city centre.
