Registration Fees Conference
Early registration by 22 May: 630 €
Late registration by 23 August: 700 €
The fee includes lunches, coffee breaks, and dinner according to program.
Full-time students/PhD-students have the possibility to attend the conference with a reduced fee. Proof of student status needs to be submitted with registration.
Student early registration by 22 May: 400 €
Student late registration by 23 August : 470 €
The excursion is 45 €, workshops 45 € (half-day) and 75 € (full-day).
The congress organisers have booked room quotas for the congress participants in the following hotels. When reservation is done via the registration form the below mentioned prices are valid. Also the availability can be guaranteed for early bookings. Delegates are free to make their own accommodation arrangements but availability or prices cannot be guaranteed and is at delegate’s own risk.
A hotel deposit of one night must be paid in advance together with the congress fees. The hotel deposit will be deducted from the total cost of accommodation. The remaining hotel payment will be charged at the hotel upon check-out.
