Registration / Fees

The registration will be open from April 16, 2012. Deadline for all registration is September 3, 2012.

Registration Fees Conference

The “Early Bird” conference fee is 5500 NOK (approx € 727) if you register within May 31. From June 1 the fee is 6200 NOK (approx €820).

Student conference fee (for full time students) is 3250 NOK (approx € 430) if you register within May 31 and 3600 NOK (approx € 476) from June 1. All fees include conference dinner at the Opera and VAT.

Registration Fees Short Courses

1670 NOK (approx € 220) for two short courses. 1150 NOK (approx € 150) for one short course. The fees include lunch. Some of the courses are nearly fully subscribed.

Registration Fee Excursion

500 NOK (approx € 66) for guided city walk. The fee includes lunch.

For participants outside Norway part of the VAT may be reimbursed from the Norwegian Authorities using a dedicated Application form (word / pdf).

Cancellation

In case of a participant’s cancellation of the conference registrations, please note that cancellation within May 31, 2012 will be refunded minus an € 75 processing fee per person. A participant’s cancellation from June 1 until August 15 will be refunded minus 50 % of the registration fee per registrant. Refunds will not be paid for cancellations received after August 15, 2012.

Internal change of participants within a company will be accepted.
